SUMMARY:StageREaDy: Audition Preparation Acadamy
DESCRIPTION:Give your young performer the tools to shine—before they ever walk into the audition room. StageREaDy is an intensive\, one-week academy designed to help students build polished\, competitive audition materials under the guidance of a professional creative team. \nActors will work one-on-one and in small groups with a director to develop strong monologues\, a music director to prepare 16-bar audition cuts\, and a choreographer to practice daily combinations that mirror real audition and callback expectations. A stage manager will guide students through crafting and maintaining a clean\, professional resume\, and each participant will receive high-quality headshots taken by our photographer. \nThe week culminates in a showcase where students share the work they’ve built. Every participant will leave with a complete audition toolkit—confident\, well-prepared\, and ready for school productions\, professional opportunities\, and auditions for our upcoming summer season

Young actors will audition\, rehearse\, and perform SpongeBob the Musical: Youth Edition under the guidance of a professional creative team\, including a director\, music director\, choreographer\, and stage manager with regional and Broadway experience. \nThroughout the process\, students will receive individualized instruction that strengthens their acting\, singing\, and dancing skills while learning what it takes to rehearse a full production from start to finish.
