Red House Live is a high energy live comedy show featuring seasoned actors who perform scenes based on audience participation. Second City Veterans Laura Austin & Tim Mahar lead the troupe of wildly talented performers. TK99's Glen Gomez Adams hosts the show and Emmet Van Slyke provides the music.

Improv Workshops
Did you know that Red House offers workshops in comedy improvisation? It's true! Your humble Administrative Director has been performing and instructing comedy improv since 1994. Workshops are available for a variety of skill levels:
Beginners
Learn the basics of improv including sharing focus, creating a reality, agreement, object work and adding to a scene. We use a variety of theatre exercises and short form improv games.
Intermediate
Emphasis shifts to character work and the construction of a scene. Mechanisms and conventions of long form improv are introduced and the wonders of long form are teased.
Advanced
Long form improv is the focus with the holy grail at the end of the class: the Harold.
Every workshop includes a Student Showcase where students can perform for their family and friends and show off what they've learned. The workshop also includes one admission to any performance of Red House Live.
